Orders
Please email us at hello@ilubify.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, we’ll do our best to process your request. Orders cannot be modified after 2pm EST on the day of ordering.
You can view order status on your account Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
Our packaging is purposely discreet. Your order will arrive in a neutral box that is 100% recyclable, with a ship from “LFY” to avoid any unnecessary eyebrow raises.
Safety & Sustainability
Yes, Lubify tests all of our products for efficacy and safety. We meet the Sephora Clean List standard. Our silicone is FDA grade and any fragrance we add meets the standard set by IFRA.
We are proud to say that all of our products are manufactured in the US.
Yes, Lubify products are condom compatible. We’re big proponents of safe sex and hope you are too.
Our Luxe Lube silicone based lubricants contain silicone which may eventually cause deterioration of toys containing silicone. Hygiene is important so don't forget to wash your toys with mild soap and warm water after each use.
Our products are topical and have no known interference with any medications.
The paper packaging is 100% recyclable and is FSC certified. The plastic tube itself is recyclable once you remove the twist off pump head. We are working towards being completely recyclable.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Please contact hello@ilubify.com to initiate your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept product exchanges at this time. Please return your original item and place a new order for the new item.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your item(s). Include free item(s) received with your original order, if any. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless your order was damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number and a copy of this form for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via the carrier of your choice. Lubify is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and Lubify order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for a refund on the original purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and then up to 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when our team has processed your refund.
Shipping Information
Lubify ships to all 50 states and Canada. We also ship internationally, but please take note all International shipping rates apply. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@lubify.com as soon as possible. Please note that you must contact us before 4:30pm EST on the same-day as ordering to modify your shipping address.
